Pharmacokinetic calculations relate dose to concentration through volume of distribution, clearance, and half-life. The linked workspace takes any sufficient subset of those parameters and derives the rest, labelling each result with the relation used to obtain it rather than returning bare numbers. Alongside it sit absolute bioavailability from AUC and dose, prediction of a future or past concentration from a measured one, and the loading dose required to reach a target concentration without waiting the five half-lives that maintenance dosing alone would take.
