Therapeutic conversion means changing drug, salt, or route while keeping the effect comparable. This group covers corticosteroid and statin equivalency, loop diuretic conversion between agents and between intravenous and oral routes, insulin product conversion with the recognised adjustments applied, general IV to PO conversion, the aminophylline and theophylline salt factor, elemental calcium from a calcium salt, and potassium and lithium preparations expressed in milliequivalents. Corticosteroid equivalency
